Insurance Status Update
The New Pathway, LLC is currently in the process of obtaining credentialing with major insurance carriers. Please check back often for updates on my insurance acceptance status.
At this time, I am an out-of-network provider, but I can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement from your insurance company.
What is a Superbill?
Superbills are detailed invoices that therapists can provide to clients, which clients then submit to their insurance companies for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Whether or not a superbill is accepted depends not on the therapist, but on the client's insurance plan and its out-of-network benefits.
Important: Please check with your insurance carrier before making an appointment to understand your out-of-network benefits and reimbursement options.

What to Expect for Billing
Session Fees
The $125 session fee covers a 50-minute counseling session. Payment is collected at the end of each session through my secure SimplePractice portal.
Insurance Claims
If you have out-of-network benefits, I will provide you with a detailed superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. The superbill includes all necessary information such as diagnosis codes, CPT codes, and session details.
Cancellation Policy
I require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to the full session fee as they cannot be billed to insurance.
Reunification Therapy
Court-ordered reunification therapy typically consists of 12 to 16 sessions. The same $125 per session rate applies.
The number of sessions may be extended if additional time is needed for the child to build rapport and feel safe in the therapeutic process.
Your Privacy Matters
Because you pay out of pocket, your therapy remains fully confidential. Under HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), your privacy is protected, and your therapist cannot share any information about your treatment without your written consent—even with your employer.
This means you have complete control over your mental health information and who has access to it.
